Hours are based on an estimate from the Service Management Guide. Certain jobs may only be billed on an hourly basis.  We will let you know upfront what all the charges for the job up front before service.

All estimates and services will be a 1-hour minimum charge.  

Since we are a fully licensed mobile repair shop we can do most warranty repairs.  All warranty work must be paid upfront by the customer and they must seek remuneration from their warranty provider.

$2.50 per km. Based Just north of Kamloops. $67.50 Minimum charge within Kamloops city limits.  Distances will be based on google maps.

This is calculated for the distance to the customer, one way only. 

Here is a list of some of the places I visit for repairs and the approximate cost of the service call-out fee. There is a minimum of one hour of labour and applicable taxes as well.
